Roma Surrectum 2 vs Rome 2 Total War. For those of you who don't know, for the Romans, there is an actual time when the Marian Reforms happen and the Legions are incredible. There are 28 different possible legions that can be recruited and only from their historical provinces (i.e. Cyrenaica XIII only from modern day Libya).
