So I was traveling around in skyrim and suddenly noticed that Lydia just disappeared suddenly, and she wasn't there when I fast traveled. I waited in breezehome and she eventually appeared there, but I had to say 'Follow me.

I need your help' again. Then she acted like she was following me, saying things like 'I've got your back' and what she usually says but she never actually follows me. When I talk to her it says she is following me, but i can't trade with her because nothing happens when i click that option. I've tried killing her then resurrecting her but it's still just the same. By finding the quest ID for the Breeze Home quest (proper name has slipped my mind), you can use this command to finish it: Player.sqs. Beware, doing this can very easily break your game, so make sure that the quest ID you enter is the correct one. Also, this will not give you the home for free but should result in your becoming thane of whiterun, allowing you to buy the home.EDIT: Also, you can use the Alternate Start: Live another Life mod and choose the option to own a home at the start of the game. Selecting the 'Own a house in whiterun (breezehome) will give you the fully furnished house lacking the followers bed area.
